Our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil “SICILIA”, which obtained in 2021 the “Monde Selection GOLD AWARD” is the perfect pairing with our Balsamic vinegars and condiments and is obtained from the Olives grown in our own Orchard located in Sciacca. The single soil olives are picked up and cold pressed within 6 hours, to obtain a high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil rich in polyphenols and to enhance the natural spicy flavours, keeping the nutrition and sensorial properties intact.
