ROSÉ “BALSAMA”
This balsamic has the same base of the White Balsama, enriched with a drop of Ancellotta
grape must for a Pink glam touch and still the same versatility of uses. Aged in wood
barrels, it provides a nicely fruity flavour and balanced sweet-and-sour taste to any food
preparation. The romantic Rosé colour becomes very discreet once on the plate.
